Peter, As I read the additional papers and comments, I am again stunned at the amazing accomplishment of creating this highly significant conference. I learn so much every time I read the materials again and again. Thank you. Joseph
Many thanks! But of course the panelists are the ones who deserve the praise. I just helped to get them in one place at one time. (This is not false modesty. It's the truth.)
Peter
P.S. Jonathan Gottfried and Alisa Norr helped to make the arrangements for the conference.
Alisa's efforts deserve special mention; she got everything done cheerfully and in a jiffy. Legal assistants (and people) of this sort are worth their weight in gold.

I should add that Henry Prakken and Tom Cobb put together the program for the conference.
The papers will be published in hard copy form in a special issue of the journal Law, Probability and Risk, http://lpr.oxfordjournals.org/
