I must study this article. I am astonished that law school tuition has risen substantially year after year, recession or no. Some law schools perhaps have a "product" that can command such ever-increasing prices (but even even premium law schools face a limit). But surely law schools as a class are not exempt from the "law" of supply and demand. I think of John Galbraith, who repeatedly preached that every bubble eventually bursts. I guess I think there is a legal education bubble.
Student of the law of evidence, evidence, inference, and investigation. Sometimes writes books. Sometimes writes articles. Sometimes organizes conferences. Sometimes tinkers with computer programs to support the marshaling of evidence for legal activities such as trials and pretrial discovery and investigation. Sometimes this law professor teaches law. And sometimes he rides a bicycle and takes photographs.
