It is hard to know where to begin when attempting to enumerate the flaws in the suggestion that "robots" could function as jurors. (One wonder whether the authors of the original article made such a suggestion.) Let's begin with this point: Contrary to the implicit supposition of the blog post the existence vel non of an intent to deceive is not the only variable that affects the credibility of a witness.
