Coincidence -- or Strong Support for Bungler Hypothesis 2.1?

Today's NYTimes also reports:
In Moscow, the newspaper Kommersant reported that Andrei Lugovi, one of the two Russians who met with Mr. Litvinenko at the Millennium hotel on the day he became sick, said he had flown on one of the contaminated British Airways jets on Nov. 3.

What is needed is a web interface what would allow entry of the incoming facts, and construction and presentation of hypotheses. People would come and check in regularly..

Dear pp,

Yes, I agree. But for this you would need my proof-of-concept software MarshalPlan 2.0; but I don't have the programming skills needed to make this software available via a blog site. (I also haven't yet figured out how to hook up my software to databases. So that's another big problem.)

Let me note your labeling system: Each version of the hypothesis has to names- a hierarchic code number, and a metaphoric-literary code name. Easy to remember, easy to refer to.. A little detail yet so important..
